SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped and calculated by USPS. Your shipping price will be determined by your specific location. Curbside pickup is also available. *Please be sure to read product descriptions as some items may not be available for out of state shipping, thank you.*
Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and time in transit. Items will be shipped once the item is made, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process may not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, out of state orders may take longer to be received.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Celestine's Bath and Body does not accept returns. However, if an item(s) was damaged in transit, you will be able to exchange those items. You would first contact us at celestinesbathandbody1@gmail.com explaining and showing the damages made and we will move forth from there. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning and exchanging these items.
